The Energy Trust offers cash incentives and resources to help make home energy upgrades more affordable.
How to qualify for window incentives
If you live in Oregon, you can qualify for the Energy Trust of Oregon if you heat your home with one of the following electricity or natural gas providers
Portland General Electric
Pacific Power
NW Natural
Cascade Natural Gas
Avista
The upgraded replacement window, glass door, or skylight must have the following U-value listed below and be installed on a qualified single-family or manufactured home to earn certain rebates.
U-value must be between 0.27 – 0.23 $1.00 per sq ft of windows installed.
U-value must be 0.22 or less: $1.50 per sq ft of windows installed.
